How long does a demo take?

About 30 minutes, mostly spent on your fleet and your questions rather than a script.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No. Knowing roughly how many vehicles you run, how many branches you have and which trackers are fitted helps us tailor it.

Can we start with part of the fleet?

Yes. Many fleets start with one branch or one vehicle class, then add vehicles as they see the value.

Do we need new tracking devices?

Usually not. Wendiq is designed to work with the GPS trackers most fleets already have. If some vehicles don't have one, devices can be installed through our hardware partners.

How is Wendiq priced?

Monthly, per vehicle. The price depends on your edition and fleet size, and there is no large upfront licence.

Which fleets is it for?

Rental and transport fleets. There is an edition for each industry — Luxury, RentOS, LimOS, StaffOS, EquipOS and HaulOS — with more on the way.

Will Wendiq contact our customers or change bookings?

No. Wendiq shows insights and recommends actions. Your team decides what to do, and nothing happens without them.

Can we use it across several branches and emirates?

Yes. Wendiq shows the whole fleet in one place, compares branches and suggests moving vehicles where demand is.

Who owns our data?

You do. Each fleet's data is kept separate, access can be limited down to a single branch, and you can export your data.
